 NYC, please don't worry about Public Libraries cutting down their hours and services.  We're revising public libraries.  To get a Public Library card, you're going to be given a nook/kindle of sorts and be part of the National Public Library.  Everything is digital now.  Public Libraries are going to be renamed "Reading Rooms."  There will be reference books available only.  It's also Digital, but that's all that will be available.  We're revising and refurbishing to keep current with available technology.  We're not denying access, we're making it more accessible online where most of you are.
